Epistemologija metafore

Trajanje: jedan semestar, 2 sata tjedno

Jezik nastave: hrvatski (potrebno poznavanje engleskog, njemačkog i/ili francuskog jezika: poželjno poznavanje starogrčkog)
Obaveze studenata: redovito pohađanje nastave (1 ects), izvještaji o pripremi tematskih jedinica u kolegiju i sudjelovanje u diskusiji (1 ects), cjelovito izlaganje u kolegiju ili završni seminarski rad (1 ects)
Cilj kolegija: upoznavanje filozofskih, lingvističkih i književno-teorijskih gledišta o metafori, osobito u istinosnom diskursu filozofije i znanosti; stjecanje sposobnosti za samostalnu orijentaciju u istraživačkom polju metaforologije i za njezinu primjenu na konkretne izvanteorijske diskurse
Mjesto kolegija u cjelini studija filozofije: prema orijentaciji na sistematska i historijska pitanja epistemologije, filozofije jezika i diskursa te povijesti ideja kolegij predstavlja presjecište navedenih filozofskih disciplina te lingvistike, klasičke filologije i književne teorije
Metode rada: izlaganja nastavnika i studenata, diskusija
Provjera uspješnosti kolegija: praćenje rada studenata u kolegiju, individualne konzultacije; studentska anketa
Sadržaj kolegija: Opće pretpostavke o univerzalnosti metafore i njezinoj ulozi u diskursu filozofije i znanosti te utjecaj na metadiskurs o filozofiji i znanosti u prilozima klasičnih i suvremenih epistemologa znanosti i filozofije jezika i diskursa u različitim teorijskim kulturama (analitičkoj filozofskoj tradiciji, hermeneutici, semiologiji). Posebna pitanja poput odnos metafora, modela i analogija u racionalnom istinosnom diskursu; problem “iracionalnosti” metafore, pretpostavka o prijenosu i njezin odnos spram doslovnosti temeljnih jezičnih i logičkih funkcija; kognitivno-lingvistički, istinosno-teorijski i retorički aspekti metaforike; fenomen nejezične metaforike.

– Filozofija, metafore i ‘metaforologija’ (uvodna izlaganja, 2 sjednice)

– Poricanja metafore u istinosnom diskursu: Platon-Aristotel-Locke-Davidson (izlaganja nastavnika/studenata i diskusije, 2-3 sjednice)

– Primjeri teorija metafore: lingvistička, komparativistička, interakcionistička, kognitivistička, jezično-pragmatička (izlaganja nastavnika/studenata i diskusije, 3-4 sjednica)

– Teorijske kulture u metaforologiji: analitička filozofija, hermeneutika, semiotika, psihoanaliza, kognitivna lingvistika (3-4 sjednice)

– Metaforologija u filozofijama znanosti (1-2 sjednice)
