Course: Languages for Special Purposes I ECTS credits: 2 Language: German Duration: one semester Status: obligatory Course type: 1 hour of lecture Course description: The course introduces students to various aspects of language analysis with special focus given to languages for special purposes and text types. Apart from theoretical approach students will actively participate and offer their own ideas and possible solutions in the process of translation. Learning outcomes: Students will be able to: recognize the main features of language(s) for special purposes and understand the main differences between general language and language(s) for special purposes.
