Course description: The course offers students an overview of contemporary Dutch and Flemish literature in the period from 1975 to 2005. 

Learning outcomes: Students will be able to: summarize the main features of the Dutch prose after the Second World War, define the main features of the flamenco prose after the Second World War, recognise main writers and their relevant works in the second half of the 20th century, compare and distinguish the most important literary features in the work of studied writers, critically evaluate the contribution of certain literary works and writers to a given literary period.
