CROATICUM – Center for Croatian as Second and Foreign Language

Academic year 2016./2017.

 MODULE: CROATIAN AS A SECOND AND FOREIGN LANGUAGE

University study program             

This is an independent module intended for foreign students which leads to a diploma addendum (additional certificate) will be issued. Academic/vocational degree is earned as a part of undergraduate and graduate studies.

Upon completion of a two-semester module students will receive an additional certificate – a diploma addendum.

The users : Croatian as a Second and Foreign Language is aimed

1) at foreign students attending undergraduate and graduate courses which offer exchange/mobility programs at the University of Zagreb (for them the module is free), Due to the significant interest for Croaticum, spaces for exchange students are limited and available on a “first come first served basis”.

Obligatory courses: Language and Speech Exercises are intended for all students (max 14 ECTS) 

*Optional courses: Courses of Croatian culture in English or pronunciation exercises in Croatian (max 20 ECTS)   *PLEASE NOTE:  Optional courses are available ONLY for students enrolled in obligatory courses!

TOTAL of 34 ECTS credits may be awarded per one semester.
