BILATERAL EXCHANGE STUDENTS can participate in a formal exchange programme between:

All applicants are kindly requested to respect the APPLICATION DEADLINES (to receive your application documents by post) which are as follows:

  • 10 May for the winter semester / academic year
  • 10 November for the summer semester

Kindly note that the application needs to be done ON-LINE and that only complete applications will be considered by the University of Zagreb (the online application form and all the required enclosures).

How to apply
Your home faculty has nominated you for student exchange period at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences University of Zagreb. In order to be accepted you will need to fill in the Application form and send it to us together with all the other necessary documents. Kindly note that only complete applications will be considered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (the Application Form and all the required enclosures).

 

Application documents:

Application form (needs to be filled in and send electronically to the following email address: ibedekov@ffzg.hr)

 

Compulsory Enclosures:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (Croatian or English)
  2. Description of Intended Studies or Research Project (Croatian or English) – NOTE! Only if the Learning Agreement is not submitted
  3. Learning Agreement– needs to be signed by your home faculty/university co-ordinator; please note that the Learning Agreement is a preliminary plan and that changes are possible
  4. 2 References by members of the home faculty (Croatian or English)
  5. Grade Transcript and Certificate of Enrolment
  6. Proof of Croatian Skills (if it exists; not necessary for programmes in English)
