He was born in Rijeka. In 2016, he graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb with degrees in Linguistics and Croatian Language and Literature. Following graduation, he taught Croatian language in primary education before moving into publishing, where he worked as a literary editor and project manager. In 2018, he enrolled in the doctoral programme in Linguistics and subsequently served as an external associate of the Department of Linguistics, teaching seminar courses in The Mental Lexicon, Methods in Psycholinguistic Research, and Introduction to Psycholinguistics. Since 2024, he has been employed as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Linguistics, within the Chair of Applied Linguistics. He has collaborated on several projects aimed at promoting reading and supporting language development in preschool-aged children, as well as on a number of psycholinguistic research projects. His primary research interests include the mental processes underlying language production and comprehension, language disorders, and language development. Since 2026, he has served as the head of the Zagreb Linguistic Circle.
