Exhibition
On the occasion on the centenary of birth of the famous Croatian poet Grigor Vitez, founder of contemporary children's poetry, the exhibition Grigor Vitez - Living in Books will be organized at the entrance hall of Zagreb City Library, Starčevićev trg 6, from 2nd November till 3th December 2011.
The exhibition will present author's books, photographs and objects from the author's legacy which will be borrowed from the author's daughter Olga Vitez - Babić, as well as original illustrations of academic painter Svjetlan Junaković, the winner of The Golden Bird of Grigor Vitez Award.
Author of the exhibition is Librarian Adviser Ranka Javor, the head of Croatian Centre for Children's Book at Zagreb City Libraries.
